I don’t like the bag I received. Can I return it?

If you wish to replace your purchase or obtain a refund, we kindly ask you to send the product/s/s you want to return to our office at the following address:

The shipment is charged to the customer.

Will be accepted only received goods absolutely intact. Inside the package must be indicated the order number and/or details of the buyer and/or a copy of the receipt and the receipt in order to proceed with the refund.

The customer can choose to make the shipment with the service he prefers.

The refund will only cover the price of the product and not the shipping costs and will be made once the return is received and in the same payment method chosen for the purchase.


How long do I have to return a bag I don’t like?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on . There is the possibility to change the chosen product with another, specifying the reasons, the model and the color of the product you want to make. The cost of shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How soon will my bag be delivered to me?

Order preparation times can range from 24 to 72h. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier: in Italy they can go from 24 to 48h. whereas in Europe they are usually 5 working days; Extra EEC shipments require about 10 working days.

Unfortunately, the products not in the catalog are out of production and not available, but we recommend that you try to contact us at to check if there is a piece left.
